OTA specialist
(full time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process travel bookings via OTA platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
  • Optimize listings, prices, and availability to maximize sales
  • Monitor competitor pricing and trends
  • Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and travel regulations


Requirements:
  • Experience working with OTA systems or in travel reservations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online booking tools
  • GDS Experience.

Graphic designer

Responsibilities:

  • Create social media posts, digital banners, flyers, and travel brochures.
  • Design promotional materials for campaigns and destinations
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on visual concepts
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials
  • Stay updated with design trends, especially in the travel industry


Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Portfolio of previous work (travel or lifestyle design is a plus)
  • Ability to work under deadlines

Sales manager

‍‍Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage key accounts and establish partnerships with hotels, DMCs, and tour operators.
  • Oversee sales team performance and provide training where needed.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present market insights.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel or tourism sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Existing client network within the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Call-center agent

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to travel bookings and services
  • Assist customers with itinerary details, pricing, and destination information.
  • Handle complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Update customer records and maintain booking accuracy in the system.
  • Support sales and operations teams with follow-up calls and service confirmations.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (travel industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM or booking systems experience is a plus).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • GDS experience.
